All of our beers are traditional style ales, utilizing the latest brewing techniques. The majority of our ingredients come from right here in Maine and we are working towards 100% of our beer being locally sourced. We take pride in the sustainability of our brewing process, and we recognize it is vital for the future of the brewing industry!
Here are our current beers on draught:
Boat Builder Brown
Smooth, earthy brown ale brewed for fall flavors & temps. Dark caramel sweetness highlighted by cedar & plum flavors. Pairs perfectly with flannel shirts & campfires.
Traditional American style IPA named for the local business that makes the hydraulic equipment used by Maine lobstermen. Well balanced hop profile with a nice maltiness to smooth it out. This is NOT a hop bomb but has a great blend of Cascade, Azacca, Idaho 7, and Centennial hops.
Seas The Day Session IPA
Super light body & ABV, super punch of hops. Seas the Day uses Citra hops for that classic citrus zest session flavor, while the addition of Strata gives it a touch of strawberry. Great hoppy session beer without the burn.
Lash & Stow Wheat
A classic American wheat beer. Soft & pillowy with bread like maltiness. Southern Cross hops & lemon zest give it just the right amount of citrus & spiciness. A great all-around beer.
A bold taste of smooth, dark roast coffee with hints of chocolate and walnut. Big on flavor, but not heavy. A great cozy beer for cooler temps. This is a stout drinker's stout!
Light & Variable Pale #5
The fifth version of our Light & Variable series has aromas of tropical fruit & peaches. Flavors of passion fruit,
pineapple, & peach with a slightly resinous pine finish.
